I have only had the chance to read, "Cupid Stupid" by Sylvia McDaniel so far but I am really looking forward to checking the others out as well.  In Cupid Stupid, three long time friends decide to test out the Cupid's Fountain superstition.  Supposedly if you dance around the Cupid's Statue at Midnight your true love will come find you.  These three women definitely don't believe it but give it a whirl anyways.  Taylor is certain this will not work.  Her ex fiance was now married to the girl he cheated with.  He was also in law enforcement and now Taylor thinks all law men have a problem with cheating.  Then all of a sudden the Sheriff pulls up and they try to scatter, Taylor is the only one who doesn't get away in time.  So here she stands, naked and cold in front of the sheriff.  Is he going to take her to jail?  Ryan had never told anyone, but he always was attracted to Taylor, but he dated her best friend in school and after hearing how Taylor felt about cheaters, he was afraid that she would never agree to a date with him if she knew what had caused the break up with him and her bestie back in the day.  Can he keep Taylor and prove that he isn't like all law men and that cheating really wasn't something he did?

I loved this read!  It had me hooked from the first and had me laughing several times.  If the book can keep my attention and yet keep a smile on my face as well, well that is a book to read!  Sylvia did a magnificent job on this story and I can't wait to read the others.  I would highly recommend this book!

In Touch of Deceit, Petunia is one of the Blanchet Witches and she is set out for revenge for her Mother and Sisters death's. When she isn't practicing her magic to strengthen her powers, she is also teaching her students to use magic.  And one particular day while teaching her students, an alien approaches and he is crazily sexy.  

Jaqarq is on the run for a murder that he didn't commit.  When he decides to return to his land to clear his name, his pod crashes in Magic, New Mexico.  And that is when he meets the little warrior witch, Petunia! Will he be able to fix his ship, clear his name, and leave Petunia behind? Will she be able to get her revenge, find her mate, and stay alive? 

 Throw in an evil warlock, the NSA, and a corrupt alien and you got yourself an amazing book!  Sylvia did a fantastic job on this read!  I have only read a few Sci Fi related books and I liked the ones I have read but there have been some I couldn't get into.  This was NOT the case with this read! I didn't put it down once I started it!  If like Sci Fi Paranormal Romance, this is the perfect little read for you!   I highly recommend it!

Eleventh Grave in Moonlight: Charley Davidson Series

Charley Davidson is a part time PI and a full time Grim Reaper.  She also happens to be a god,  Her ball and chain also happens to be the son of Satan.  She is not only working on her cases but trying to keep their daughter safe and hidden from the evil that is after her! She has been investigating the Foster's for sometime trying to figure out who and what they are doing since they had Reyes as a child and gave him to such a cruel man.  And now, their son has come to Charley to investigate them more.  Turns out he isn't their son either.  And they are some really twisted people.  After that's all said and done, now her husband has talked her into letting him go into the god glass.  She begins to think she will not get him back, when he appears and boy is he different from before. 

I can't put these books down when I start them.  Darynda has done a fabulous job on this series and I am so excited for more!  If you like comedy, sexy, action, and paranormal....this is the series for you!  I highly recommend it to anyone!!!
