This book was amazing! It had me in its grasp from the very first page! Mac Callahan never intended to meet the love of his life while undercover. He came home to Alabama, investigating the establishment that his mother is actually housed in with Alzheimer's, Autumn Valley. Samantha Peterson is a widowed mother of one. Her grandmother is housed in the same facility as Mac's mother. She also just got a job there as well. Her and Mac are drawn to each other as soon as they see each other. Can he hold on to her when it comes out he has been investigating Autumn Valley?
Such a great read. I am ready to jump right in to book 2! I can't wait to see what lies ahead for Mac and Sam. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves some suspense and romance! Great job Kris!
