It is just me and my son that live at home. He is a bit picky about food where he is autistic. So there is no point in my going the route of buying potatoes since I am the only one who really eats them. I love the Idahoan Signature Russet Mashed Potatoes. To me, they have a wonderful taste and after I add all my favorite stuff to them, most people that have ate them with me can't even tell the difference.
